The Saint Thomas Mission for Iraqi Christian Development
With the incursion of ISIS into Northern Iraq following years of violence and conflict, the number of Christians in Iraq dropped from 1.5 million in 2003 to fewer than 200,000, many of whom have lost everything. This community needs healthcare, education, and prospects for employment if it is to remain. The St. Thomas Mission exists to support these needs and acts in a spirit of hope for the future of Chaldeans in Iraq.
